Terms & Conditions

1. With our secondary service we charge a fee of only £79.95 for a 2 week period, we will renew your advert free of charge as and when requested.

2. With our Gold service we charge a fee of only £99.95 for a 2 week period, we will renew your advert free of charge as and when requested. This includes a colour photo of your type of vehicle.

3. With our Platinum service we charge a fee of £129.95 for a 2 week period, we will renew your advert free of charge as and when requested. This includes up to 8 photos of your vehicle, your vehicle will be top on all searches for that type and we will send your details to prospective buyers first. Also, if you are a registered buyer, you will receive new vehicle information first.

4. We guarantee to market the vehicle with no extra cost to you.

5. We will refund your fee once the finance has been provided to the buyer. We retain only £9.95 as an administration cost and the rest of the fee is refunded to you.

6. We will edit your advertisement, eg mileage etc as often as you request, without any additional cost.

7. On request, your advert can be postponed until you are ready to advertise (eg. your vehicle may be damaged or if you go on holiday).

8. We are not responsible in the event that your vehicle does not sell. However, if you sell your vehicle through your own means and not through an Express Match buyer, then you will have the opportunity to use our service again a second time free of charge.

9. We try to help you with a sale by advertising your vehicle but there are no guarantees of a sale.

10. We cannot be held accountable for the condition of any vehicles being advertised, a buyer's / seller's lack of good faith, words or actions.

11. The registered buyers that are enquiring for types of vehicles are given solely as a guide to assess current market demand. Enquiries reflect vehicles of all types and price ranges currently requested by buyers registered on our database.

12. We possess a database of buyer enquiries for all types of vehicles and not enquiries for specific vehicles belonging to particular individuals. Details will be made available to potential buyers searching for your type of vehicle.

13. We will search for types of vehicle requested by a potential buyer.

14. The Distance Selling Regulations give you the customer a cooling off period. If you have agreed with us for the service to start as soon as possible then your right to cancel will end once (1) you receive the Terms & Conditions by Email, Fax or Post and (2) our service has commenced. Should you receive these Terms & Conditions and wish to exercise your right to cancellation you must cancel in writing (either by Post orFax). Please do not hesitate to call upon receiving your Terms & Conditions, should you want additional information on your cancellation rights.

15. We are not responsible for advertisements not receiving any response; any price valuations; any foreseeable loss or services suspended or interrupted as a result of situations beyond our reasonable control.

16. Nothing stated in the above Terms & `conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

17. Any cancellations must be put in writing by post unless you have cancelled upon receiving your terms and conditions.
