If your details are incorrect or you have not received your receipt please Email us at amendments@expressmatch.co.uk quoting your reference number.

A) CONTACT DETAILS
Have you provided us with two telephone numbers? The reason for providing us with two numbers is to make it easier for a buyer to contact you. If you need to add another number or change the existing one, please email us at amendments@expressmatch.co.uk quoting your reference number.

B) VEHICLE DETAILS
Is your vehicle details correct including any extras your vehicle has, service history, CD player, electric pack, leather seats, new parts, warranties or guarantees and anything that may catch the eye of a buyer. Should you wish to update any of your advert details please email us at amendments@expressmatch.co.uk including your reference number.

C) PRICE
Have you checked the current valuation of your vehicle? NO, then Click Here

D) ADVERTISED FOR LONGER THAN ONE MONTH?
Have you checked that you have renewed your advert free of charge?
NO, then please email us at selling@expressmatch.co.uk including your reference number and we will renew it free of charge. Adverts run for 28 days. If you ask us, we will repeat the advertisement, free of charge, for further 28-day periods until the vehicle is sold.

E) THE GOLD SERVICE
Our Gold Service advert costs £99.95. This gives you a bigger, brighter, bolder advert together with the option of having a photograph of your vehicle. Statistic’s show that you are 10 times more like for someone to stop and look at your advert if a photo is included. Not yet sent a photo? Please email us at selling@expressmatch.co.uk including your reference number in the subject field. Having paid the Standard fee of £79.95 you can at any stage UPGRADE to the Gold Service for an additional £19.54 to upgrade now please call us on 0870 8033 454 quoting your reference number and one of or Customer Service team will be able to assist you.

2. How do I know my car is priced correctly?
When advertising any vehicle for sale the most important aspect is the price. If the same vehicle is advertised next to yours at a cheaper price, then a prospective buyer may contact that owner and not you. Do not assume that a vehicle that looks like yours advertised in a magazine is priced correctly. Please use a reliable and recognized ‘vehicle price valuation’ company. Please ensure you look at the private sale value and not Dealer Forecourt Price.

Once you have checked the price and if you feel it needs to be, then email us at selling@expressmatch.co.uk including your reference number and we will amend your vehicle price.

3. How do I renew my advert? Unsure when to renew your advert?
Adverts run for 28 days. If you ask us, we will repeat the advertisement, free of charge, for further 28-day periods until the vehicle is sold.

You can renew an advert at any time if you are unsure when your advert runs out.
To renew your advert please call 0870 8033 454 or email us at selling@expressmatch.co.uk including your reference number in the subject field.

4. How do I include a photo of my vehicle?
Either upgrade to our Gold service by calling us on 0870 8033 454 or if you are already on our Gold service send your photo to photos@expressmatch.co.uk including your reference number in the subject field.

5. Sold my vehicle? What do I do now?
Please advise us as soon as you have sold your vehicle so that we can remove it from our database and stop circulating details to prospective buyers.

6. How does my buyer obtain their free warranty?
On the day of the sale your buyer must contact Warranty Direct on 0870 8033 454 quoting your ExpressMatch reference number.

7.How do I claim my money back when my buyer takes finance through your service?
Advise us of the name, address and telephone number of the buyer. Once we have verified that the buyer has taken finance provided by us then we will reimburse you.

9. How do I claim my free advertisement if my previous vehicle was not sold via ExpressMatch?
Some advertisers sell their vehicles through another form of advertising or to a friend or a neighbor. We appreciate this does happen and we at ExpressMatch will send you a Credit Note to the value of the service you originally paid for to use the service FREE of charge. We are not aware of any other advertising media that offers this service.

Claims for a free advert can not be accepted without the old reference number.

10. Going away on holiday!! What can I do?
You have two options.

Option1. Give us the date you are going away and the date you are returning and we will suspend your advert between those two dates.

Option2. Supply us with alternative contact details whilst you are away, this could be a neighbor or relative or even a friend. Contact us on your return and we will revert to your contact details.

11. I have not received my Receipt?
If you have not received your receiptplease email us at selling@expressmatch.co.uk or you can call us on 0870 8033 454. We will then send a duplicate receipt.

13. What should I do if I can’t find my vehicle on the ExpressMatch web site?
It is imperative that your vehicle details are featured correctly on the Web. Buyers generally know what vehicles they are looking for, make it easy for them by checking your receipt details thoroughly.

Tell us the exact make and model of your vehicle and we will ensure your vehicle is in the correct section.

If the advert needs amending contact us on 0870 8033 454 and we will make the amendments accordingly.

Have you remembered to renew your advert after 28 days?

If not please call 0870 8033 454 and we will place your advert for a further 28 days.

If you placed your advert prior to 9pm today then your advert will appear on our site from 9am tomorrow.
